Stationary concrete pump LIEBHERR THS 110 D
The LIEBHERR THS 110 D is a high-performance stationary concrete pump designed for conveying concrete over considerable horizontal distances and vertical heights through concrete pipelines. The unit is suitable for foundation works, monolithic structures, industrial and infrastructure projects, as well as applications where the use of a truck-mounted boom pump is restricted or technically impractical.
The pump provides a maximum theoretical concrete output of up to 102 m³/h and a maximum concrete pressure of up to 125 bar. The hydraulic system can be configured for either higher delivery output or increased concrete pressure, allowing the pump to be adapted to different site requirements.
Its compact design and wheeled configuration facilitate positioning on the construction site and relocation between working areas.

The LIEBHERR THS 110 D is designed for intensive professional operation and is particularly effective where concrete needs to be conveyed through stationary pipelines over substantial horizontal distances or to significant heights. Liebherr stationary concrete pumps are specifically designed for high-pressure concrete delivery through pipelines and concrete distribution systems.
A key technical advantage of the THS 110 D is the ability to adapt the hydraulic operating mode to the specific application. Rod-side hydraulic supply increases piston speed and provides a maximum concrete output of up to 102 m³/h. Piston-side hydraulic supply reduces piston speed while increasing force, providing concrete pressure of up to 125 bar. This allows the same pump to be configured either for high-volume concrete delivery or demanding high-pressure pumping applications.
The electro-hydraulic control system with automatic stroke adjustment coordinates the drive cylinders and S-pipe operation. The open hydraulic circuit is designed for straightforward maintenance, while the pump system provides smooth concrete delivery with low wear during intensive operation.
