Call Center Specialist

Territorial workplace:

  • Kyiv, Esplanadna St., 1

Your main tasks will be:

  • Have secondary, basic or higher education (junior specialist, bachelor, specialist, master);
  • Confident user of PC and MS Office;
  • Fluent in Ukrainian;
  • Ready to work on a rotating schedule (day and night shifts);
  • Have experience working as a call center operator (will be an advantage);
  • Stress-resistant (emotional control);
  • Customer-oriented (have a desire to help);
  • Result-oriented;
  • Have the ability to learn quickly;
  • Know how to work in a team.

  • Accepting incoming calls;
  • Making outgoing calls;
  • Registering requests in corporate databases;
  • Providing information to clients and processing client requests according to a given scenario;
  • Ensuring the implementation of the basic principles of interaction with clients according to the rules and standards of communication.
