Your main tasks will be:

  • Operational processing of received documentation and information;
  • Registration of incoming/outgoing correspondence and ORD (special programs for registration);
  • Sorting documents by destination;
  • Supporting documents to the final result/executor;
  • Checking the correctness of document processing;
  • Ability to communicate correctly in person/telephone;
  • Working with the Company’s couriers (preparation, sorting documents for sending);
  • Processing postal items (working with Ukrposhta);
  • Performing current management tasks.

  • Experience in document management – an advantage;
  • Confident PC user;
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian;
  • Discipline;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Ability to learn;
  • Ability to work in multitasking mode;
  • Ability to manage conflicts.
