Your main tasks will be:
- Operational processing of received documentation and information;
- Registration of incoming/outgoing correspondence and ORD (special programs for registration);
- Sorting documents by destination;
- Supporting documents to the final result/executor;
- Checking the correctness of document processing;
- Ability to communicate correctly in person/telephone;
- Working with the Company’s couriers (preparation, sorting documents for sending);
- Processing postal items (working with Ukrposhta);
- Performing current management tasks.

- Experience in document management – an advantage;
- Confident PC user;
- Knowledge of Ukrainian;
- Discipline;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Stress resistance;
- Ability to learn;
- Ability to work in multitasking mode;
- Ability to manage conflicts.
